In-Person
I offer in-person therapy at my office which is located in San Carlos. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and require that all clients (as eligible) that I see in-person, also be vaccinated.

Telehealth
I firmly believe that therapy should not cause additional stress in your life. If it is appropriate and safe, I am willing to provide virtual therapy via a HIPAA compliant video platform after we have met in-person for a minimum of 2 sessions. During our time together in-person, we will get to know one another and develop a working relationship based on trust and open communication.
Walk and Talk
If appropriate and safe, I offer “walk and talk” therapy. In most cases, we will meet at my office in San Carlos and walk in a quiet part of the surrounding neighborhood. Walk and talk therapy can be useful with teens who find traditional office therapy too stressful or any adult who wants to multitask and get some fresh air and movement while processing their emotional situation.
